GRLKID is for people 13 and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13. GRLKID is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete the account and the information behind it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, write to info@grlkid.com and we will remove it.
When you create an account you confirm you meet the age requirement above, and you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deleting it removes your profile and the works you authored.
You keep all ownership of the work you post ("User Content"). By posting, you represent and warrant that you own the User Content or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to post it and to grant the license below, including from any people depicted and any collaborators you credit.
You grant GRLKID a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and promote the GRLKID service. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for copies already shared by others or retained as required by law.
Any commercial or brand use of your work requires your separate permission and payment — this license does not grant that.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. GRLKID is a hosting platform for user-generated content. We do not claim ownership of User Content and we are not responsible or liable for User Content posted by users, including content that a user does not own or have the rights to. Views expressed in User Content are those of the users who posted them, not GRLKID. We do not endorse and cannot guarantee the accuracy, ownership, or legality of any User Content.
If you believe content on GRLKID infringes your rights or violates these terms, tell us using the reporting tools in the app or by writing to info@grlkid.com, and see the Copyright section below.
GRLKID has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post content that:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You can report content and block other users at any time in the app; we review reports and act on them.
GRLKID respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement. Our designated agent, the full notice requirements, the counter-notice process, and our repeat-infringer policy are set out on our Copyright / Notice & Takedown page.
GRLKID is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any User Content is accurate, lawful, or owned by the person who posted it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRLKID and its founders, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of the service or any User Content, including content you did not create. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend and indemnify GRLKID against any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content or your violation of these terms — including any claim that your User Content infringes someone's rights.
